We are currently doing work in Awson St, Coventry.
We are working on 2 propertys to which we are doing alot of improvements to through local goverment funding.
The propertys are to both benefit from fall insulation to all external walls, they will also have the loft insulation brought up to todays current requirements. 1 of the propertys is having full central heating, complete new bathroom suite, new windows in the kitchen and bathroom also a new front and back door (all in UPVC) a full rewire plus all kinds of other small improvements within the property.
The other house is having similar work done which will include all of the windows being changed to UPVC, new bathroom suite some wiring work to bring the property up to todays goverment requirements along with all of the insulation work to the external walls and loft. This property is also going to have a full bathroom conversion through a Disabled Facility Grant to give the bathroom the benefit of a walk in shower.
Along with these to jobs we are doing an extension through a Disabled Facility Grant in Proffitt Ave, Coventry. This will have all downstairs accomadation for a disabled person. The extension will have a new downstairs bedroom, a level access shower room and an extension to make the current kitchen bigger.
We have other small jobs that we are currently also doing as well as the jobs above.
We are re-wiring a property in Binley Woods, Coventry along with some other small alterations which will include a new front door and some flat roofing work.
We are also doing some work for Customfit Kitchens on a job which they are doing a full kitchen installation. Cov Builders are doing all of the new wiring for the new kitchen layout as well as moving a hot water cylinder and replacing the ceiling in the kitchen.
We are doing on running electrical work for J McKittrick builders, who have a number of projects on the go @ the moment to which we are doing all of the electrical work.
Cov Builders have a list of companys that they are presently doing small electrical jobs for within the commercial sector. They include Buildbase, BT Fleet and many more. These jobs include maintanance along with some new installation work and alterations to some of the existing wiring.

We will be starting a conservatory base this week for a company called Aztec Windows, in partnership with this company we can completely design and build the conservatory of your dreams. This is our second conservatory this year that we have constructed together.
